Post-Identification Process
Here we can follow 2 approaches
viz. training the resources
recruited in House at emalgam’s
facility based in India
under the BOT model. The
training will be done for
the recruited resource with
experts identified specially
for this task. emalgam will
run the training for the
client for a specified period
and then transfer it to
the client at a pre-defined
price. The second approach
can be that once the resources
has been identified and
recruited then emalgam will
assist the client and the
resource to get their Paper
Works done for Hong Kong
to get their training done
there.
